Homes for Sale in New Town

Designed so that every dwelling is within walking distance to shops, entertainment, and dining, New Town is a visionary planned community.  It is situated on 365 wooded acres to form a town center encircled by homes and 170 shops, offering everything from banking to movies, clothing to crafts. Featuring both detached and attached homes, including townhouses and apartments, New Town's high style shines throughout every home, with many houses featuring upgrades like custom cabinetry, wood flooring, and granite counter tops.

Ground was broken in 2010 for Charlotte Park, New Town's single family, detached home community. The arts and crafts styled homes are located on beautiful tree-lined streets, with detached garages. Completely maintenance free, yard work is included in the quarterly home owner's association fees. Large front porches face the front porches of houses across the way, encouraging friendly interaction among neighbors. Folks are quick to get to know one another through New Town social events or at the pool, newly opening in  August 2012.
