"In 2007 we decided we needed to be closer to our daughter in Alexandria VA. At the time, we were living in Scottsdale, Arizona. We lived there for over 12 years and loved it. After considering a number of different locations on the East coast, we decided on Williamsburg, VA.
We began to research the local real estate market in Williamsburg on line. One day I received a huge information packet on the Williamsburg area. It was from Deelyn. Up to this point I had never communicated with Deelyn directly. We were very impressed with the package she sent. Needless to say, when we decided to go to Williamsburg, we called Deelyn.
